The spa (sento) is lovely, probably the biggest reason I stay here often.
A little too expensive for a single room.

Their large public bath (sento) was amazing and most importantly free to use by all guests. Room was sufficiently big and clean.
The woman at the reception seemed stand-offish.

While the room I had was small it was well appointed, very clean and comfortable. The staff were excellent.
There is nothing that I did not like. The only note I would give to anyone considering the hotel is that the room I had was small so if it was a couple they may find it a little crapped. But price, quality and value are exceptional.

The baths and sauna were amazing, and free!!! The room was comfortable and clean, it was great. Location was fantastic, 1min walk from Tsu train station. I will definitely stay there again.
Although the internet was a bit slow, and the woman at the front desk was a bit stand-offish.

The location is great for exploring the city. It's really close to the train station and there are lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also good and had a nice variety of options. Plus, the free WiFi was a bonus.
The rooms are quite small and cramped. There was hardly any space to move around, especially with luggage.

Our family had a great stay in this hotel. the location was very convenient, being just a short stroll from the train station. the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. the breakfast was delicious, and we appreciated the coin laundry facilities and onsen. Despite the previous reviews, we found the staff to be friendly and accommodating, always willing to assist with any request.
We missed having an English-speaking staff member at the reception.

The hotel's hot springs experience was a real draw for our romantic escape. They were very relaxing and had a soothing effect in the evening. Moreover, the free ramen that was available in the late evening was an added benefit to our stay. We appreciated having something warm to eat before bed. The location was great as well, we could quickly access the train station and local restaurants for dinner.
This hotel had several negative aspects that detracted from our stay. The room was considerably small, we could barely fit two luggage bags in it. The staff were not friendly at all, they seemed uninterested in providing the best customer experience for us. Additionally, the breakfast selection was very limited, and most items were not very appetizing. we felt that it wasn't worth the price we paid.
